Westminster ACA participates in South Carolina’s Education Scholarship Trust Fund program, and families may also wish to learn about South Carolina’s Future Scholar 529 plan. Westminster ACA does not administer or guarantee either program. Eligibility, award amounts, qualified expenses, application timing, and availability are determined by the applicable program.
State scholarship program
South Carolina ESTF
Westminster ACA is an approved education service provider. Families who receive an ESTF award may use eligible funds toward approved tuition and fees, subject to state requirements and program rules.
2026–27 applications are currently closed after the state reached its statutory student limit. Check the state website for current guidance and future application dates.
Education savings plan
Future Scholar 529
Future Scholar is South Carolina’s 529 education savings plan. Qualified withdrawals may be used for eligible K–12 education expenses, subject to current plan and tax rules.
Families should review the program’s current guidance or consult their tax adviser when deciding whether a 529 plan is appropriate for them.
